Are you ready?

Those of us on the West Coast have received a strong reminder from the East Coast this past week of the importance of preparations in case of emergencies and disasters.

What if disaster struck us here? What would you do? What would your family do?

Now is a good time to get prepared. See below for easy steps.

In the weeks leading up to Hurricane Sandy, I was listening to the baseball playoffs on the radio (not wanting to let go of summer). Every other inning seemed to have the PSA about Disaster Preparedness. I took it to heart, and hope you do also. We might as well be prepared as best we can.
