- Race Timing: various locations throughout course
- Assisting Official Race Photographer: various locations throughout course
- Amateur Video Recording/ Picture Taking: various locations throughout course
- Taking Surveys: various locations throughout course
- Collecting/Selling Bus Tickets: Boundary Bay
- Tweeting Race Info and Updates: Coconut Grove, Ferndale, Everson
- Race Preparation Areas:
- Packet Preparation: May 23 or 24
- Packet Pickup: May 25-26
- Distributing Marketing Materials (hanging posters etc.): end of April or early May
- Mt Bike Trail Clearing: 2-3 weekend in April and May
- Equipment Transfer: May 24-25, May 28-29
