How to Call 911
Sounds simple right? But in some cases, it has been our
experience that most people are uncomfortable when calling 911.
When should I call? What do I say? What can I expect from
911?
These questions and so much more will be answered for you by
a 911 Dispatcher with years of experience (and interesting stories). You will
get a rare opportunity to listen to some 911 tapes. This two hour training
session is being offered free of charge to the first 40 to sign up.
Class will be offered June 2 in the BPD training room
(located off of C St) from 10:00 am—12:00 pm. If you are interested in
attending please contact Officer Mark Young @ myoung@cob.org.
